Modernizing Child Care
To: All Parents/Guardians, Early Childhood Professionals, and those working with families with young children,
Subject: We need your feedback on how Child Care should look in Ontario!
The Ontario government has released a discussion paper called Modernizing Child Care. The intention of this document is to begin conversations that will help move Ontario towards a high quality, accessible and coordinated early learning and care system for all children. The City of Peterborough's Children's Services have developed a survey in response to the questions posed in the discussion paper. It is critical that we have the input of our rural community to advise the Province of Ontario on the importance of having a High Quality Stabilized Child Care System. The discussion paper and a summary of the discussion paper has been attached for your reference.
